About the Journal

The Sangia Nibandera Law Research (SNLR) serves as an academic platform published by the Faculty of Law, dedicated to fostering and disseminating high-quality research from law students and academics. Its mission is to deepen understanding of legal issues, promote intellectual discourse, and contribute to the development of law both in Indonesia and internationally. Covering a wide range of topics, SNLR addresses areas such as Constitutional and Administrative Law, Criminal Law and Justice, International Law and Human Rights, Environmental Law, Commercial Law and Business, Legal Theory and Philosophy, Customary Law, and Islamic Law, as well as Legal Practice and Professional Ethics.

Each edition features original research articles, critical reviews, and in-depth legal analyses authored by students and faculty, discussing significant legal developments, court rulings, and regulatory changes. Our aim is to provide a forum for legal scholars and practitioners to enhance legal knowledge while encouraging critical and creative thinking to tackle contemporary legal challenges. Committed to maintaining high academic standards, SNLR employs a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the quality and relevance of published works.
